Position Overview 

This role is on the Brand marketing team and will support Brand marketing efforts as well as be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing marketing programs that support the growth of Terminix and it’s acquired companies. This will include executing strategies and campaigns for Terminix and serving as the marketing functional lead for newly acquired businesses joining the Terminix family.  

The ideal candidate will have an ad agency background, strong project management and organization skills, be a natural collaborator and be comfortable working under tight deadlines. This role will also serve as a key Brand reviewer for assigned channels and will work directly with agency partners, internal stakeholders and leadership.

Job Responsibilities

  • Leads and manages marketing projects, programs, and efforts, including planning, budget and status reporting.

  • Finds and identifies opportunities and develops successful strategies to achieve marketing objectives for assigned business unit of Terminix Residential or related brand.

  • Manage the marketing and branding of the welcome experience and ongoing customer journey for incoming companies that are to be tucked in under Terminix.

  • Facilitates marketing asset creation and development (messaging, visuals, sales collateral, etc.) with internal teams and manages agency relationships.

  • Draws conclusions and makes recommendations based on marketing performance.

  • Recommends new areas of opportunity.  

  • Ensures proper workflow process is followed and that documentation is produced, maintained and communicated for all existing and planned programs.

  • Ensures alignment with brand standards and legal compliance.

  • Tracks and reports on budget for assigned programs.

  • Communicates and coordinates marketing campaign plans, risks, and performance metrics to the business.

  • Serves as internal subject matter expert in assigned capacity  

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing/Advertising or related field

  • 3+  years Marketing experience required, preferably at an agency in a corporate brand/marketing role

  • Knowledge of marketing plans and channels both digital and traditional.

  • Corporate experience a plus.

  • Knowledge of brand marketing and B2C marketing a plus.

  • Microsoft skills to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks successfully

  • Ability to work with multiple teams to achieve a common goal

  • Ability to work on multiple projects, meeting business imperatives and aggressive deadlines

  • Results-oriented

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Understanding of marketing production processes

  • Ability to motivate and hold others accountable

  • Outstanding collaboration skills, with proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders across business lines to accomplish shared goals and manage expectations
