Job Description

Position Overview

Develops, coordinates, and implements systems, processes, and training to meet market/industry demands and brand standards.

Job Responsibilities

  • May develop, modify, and monitor process methods and controls to meet quality standards.
  • Engages other internal/external customers to develop operational systems, tools, and documentation procedures.
  • Reviews product development requirements for compatibility with processing methods to determine costs and schedules.
  • Generates new revenue opportunities by researching, developing, and rolling out new products/services, or extensions of existing products and services.
  • Integrates equipment and material capabilities to meet process module target specifications and technology target specifications.
  • Delivers training to and provides direct business consulting services.
  • Operates motor vehicle for onsite customer visits.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or an equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • 5 years of experience in a services industry with operational compliance or related field required
  • Background in the engineering field preferred
  • Master’s degree preferred
  • Experience in a consulting/coaching role preferred
  • Experience with P&L statements, budgets and forecasting preferred
  • Valid, permanent drivers’ license from state of residence and a clean driving record, defined as no DUI-related violations within the past five years and no more than three moving violations within the past three years, are required Proficiency in networking reasoning
  • Business acumen and planning
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Public speaking and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively
  • Ability to analyze operational systems
  • Ability and willingness to travel 50-60% of the time, including overnight
  • Ability and willingness to work some night shifts

Incumbent must be prepared to:

  • Move up to 10 pounds occasionally, by lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise repositioning objects.
  • Sitting for long periods of time while using office equipment such as computers, phones and etc.
  • Fingering and Repetitive motions; such as movement of wrists, hands and fingers while picking, pinching and typing during your normal working environment.
  • Express or exchange ideas with others through the use of spoken word, quickly, accurately, and at an easily audible volume, and receive detailed information through oral communication at usual speaking levels without correction, and/or make fine discriminations in the nature of sounds in the environment.
  • Must be able to operate a motor vehicle.

Incumbent is required to have:

  • Close visual acuity to perform detail oriented activities at distances close to the eyes, as well as visual acuity to perform activities at or within arm’s reach with skill, control, and accuracy, such as preparing and analyzing data, viewing computer screen and expansive reading.

Incumbent will be subject to:

  • Inside working conditions: The change of building environment such as with or without air conditioning and heating.
