Job Description

Position Overview
Responsible for managing and directing the activities of a Contractor Relations region. Responsible for achieving a contract cost budget and maintaining and growing the contractor network to achieve a positive customer experience. Ensures contractors within their region are compliant with the business unit procedures and licensing requirements. Responsible for a team of Regional Representatives and Support Specialists.

Job Responsibilities
•Meets or exceeds yearly operational contract cost standards established by the Company.
•Manages contractor performance through quality metric such as NPS and Contractor Scorecard.
•Oversees the recruiting, training and evaluation of contractor network.
•Ensures continuous communication with other managers to achieve business goals.
•Drives achievement of assigned goals, metrics and key performance indicators.
•Coaches and develops direct reports to ensure a strong cohesive contractor relation teams.
•Directs all function-related activities within the scope of the operations.
•Defines and recommends objectives, develops short and long term plans and programs to support company goals and budgets.
•Reviews performance against plan and approves changes in directions as needed.

Job Requirements
•Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of customer service operations experience required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
•1 years of management experience required
•Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
•Negotiation Skills
•Analytical / Budgeting skills
•Attention to detail
•Ability to communicate effectively with large and small groups
•Ability to influence and persuade others in the process of change management
•Prioritize, multi-task and work within a deadline
•Strong problem solving, decision making and communication skills

•Computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
