Position Overview

Responsible for the recruitment of new contractors to service warranty customers in areas identified.

Job Responsibilities

1. Liaises with departments, contractors and field sales to facilitate communication and resolve issues.

2. Makes inbound and outbound phone calls.

3. Collaborates with Contractor Relations Reps, managers and service contractors to achieve priorities and goals.

4. Educates and trains contractors on company policies and procedures

5. Negotiates with contractors with predetermined guidelines.

6. Analyzes data to determine gaps in contractor availability within assigned region.

7. Recruits, coaches and maintains quality contractors to meet regional goals

Job Requirements

1. Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent years of work experience required

2. Sales/Customer Service experience

3. Self motivated

4. Written communication

5. Organizational and time management

6. Computers skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

7. Adapt to fast paced environment

Incumbent is required to have:

• Close visual acuity to perform detail oriented activities at distances close to the eyes, as well as visual acuity to perform activities at or within arm’s reach with skill, control, and accuracy, such as preparing and analyzing data, viewing computer screen and expansive reading.

Incumbent will be subject to:

• Inside working conditions: The change of building environment such as with or without air conditioning and heating.
