Hours will be M-F from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m

• Assist Contractor Market Managers in finding and developing new long-term relationships with contractors.
• Help to manage and retain existing relationships with contractor base.
• Assist in managing escalated issues with client accounts when necessary to ensure customer service issues are resolved.
• Identify opportunities to improve and implement operational efficiencies.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma/GED required. Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. Commensurate experience will also be considered in lieu of a college degree.
• Two or more years' experience in a vendor or customer relationship role preferred.
• Excellent problem solving, decision-making and customer service skills are a must.
• Possess strong verbal, written and organizational skills.
• Enthusiastic, solution-oriented and optimistic personality.
• Strong business acumen; able to identify, understand and argue an empirical business-case.
• Eager and willing to learn new things and reacts positively to change.

Incumbent must be prepared to:

•Move up to 10 pounds occasionally, by lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise repositioning objects.
•Sitting for long periods of time while using office equipment such as computers, phones and etc.
•Fingering and Repetitive motions; such as movement of wrists, hands and fingers while picking, pinching and typing during your normal working environment.
•Express or exchange ideas with others through the use of spoken word, quickly, accurately, and at an easily audible volume, and receive detailed information through oral communication at usual speaking levels without correction, and/or make fine discriminations in the nature of sounds in the environment.

Incumbent is required to have:

•Close visual acuity to perform detail oriented activities at distances close to the eyes, as well as visual acuity to perform activities at or within arm’s reach with skill, control, and accuracy, such as preparing and analyzing data, viewing computer screen and expansive reading.
