Position Overview
Supports in managing and evaluating overall performance of the contractor network. Interacts with service departments and field sales as well as recruits and educates new quality contractors.

Job Responsibilities
•Provides support within contractor network as well as related service departments
•Liaises with departments, contractors and field sales to facilitate communication and resolve issues
•Educates and trains contractors on company policies and procedures
•Analyzes data to determine gaps in contractor availability within assigned region
•Recruits, coaches and maintains quality contractors to meet regional goals
•Maintains contractor compliance records and agreements

Job Requirements
•Associate’s degree in a related field and/or 2 years experience required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
•Negotiation and sales skills
•Written communication
•Analytical skills
•Organizational and time management
•Computers skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
•Some travel required

Incumbent is required to have:

•Close visual acuity to perform detail oriented activities at distances close to the eyes, as well as visual acuity to perform activities at or within arm’s reach with skill, control, and accuracy, such as preparing and analyzing data, viewing computer screen and expansive reading.
