Position Overview

Represents the company to clients and customers. Maintains and builds the business in assigned region.



Job Responsibilities

  • Works with management to create a sales plan for the territory and determine specific activity and revenue goals.
  • Diligently tracks companies, contacts, expenses, and activities in the CRM.
  • Presents sales message to agents and brokers, to grow existing relationships and hunt new clients.
  • Develops sales strategies to target top-producing agents and secure commitments.
  • Follows up with commitments and monitors percentage attainment of stated goals.
  • Schedules and makes office sales calls to maintain visibility and strengthen existing relationships within territory.
  • Responsible for sales meetings, lunch and learns, continuing education events, and district meetings, and the like.
  • Maintains inventory of marketing supplies and looks for new ideas.
  • Maintains marketing concessions and monitors their use.
  • Learn and understand regional/ national accounts to utilize in the sales strategy with local offices.
  • Follows up on service issues to reinforce our value proposition and ensure items have been resolved.
  • Manages prescribed budget.



Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from college or university
  • 3-5 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledge of the disaster restoration and insurance industry (preferred, but not required)
  • Expert verbal and written communication skills, including public speaking, must have the ability to understand what needs to be communicated both internally and externally
  • Computer skills with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and e-mail applications as well as the ability to learn new programs quickly
  • Problem solving and decision making
  • Organization and time management skills
  • The ideal candidate will be creative, competitive, and self-motivated.
  • A comfort level both speaking with the an executive level audience and walking a job site with a client
  • Valid Driver's License

Incumbent must be prepared to:

•        Move up to 10 pounds occasionally, by lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise repositioning objects.

•        Sitting for long periods of time while using office equipment such as computers, phones and etc.

•        Fingering and Repetitive motions; such as movement of wrists, hands and fingers while picking, pinching and typing during your normal working environment.

•        Express or exchange ideas with others through the use of spoken word, quickly, accurately, and at an easily audible volume, and receive detailed information through oral communication at usual speaking levels without correction, and/or make fine discriminations in the nature of sounds in the environment.


Incumbent is required to have:

•        Close visual acuity to perform detail oriented activities at distances close to the eyes, as well as visual acuity to perform activities at or within arm’s reach with skill, control, and accuracy, such as preparing and analyzing data, viewing computer screen and expansive reading.

Incumbent will be subject to:

•        Inside working conditions: The change of building environment such as with or without air conditioning and heating.
