More About Us

American Home Shield is preparing to become an independent, publicly traded company following being a very successful division of ServiceMaster. We decided to call our new company frontdoor as the front door is where we open ourselves up to the world every single day. It's also where our company meets homeowners face-to-face to help them deal with the hassles of owning a home. At frontdoor we are working to remove friction from the experience of owning and caring for a home. We respond to over four million service requests annually (or one every eight seconds), but our aspiration is to do much more.
