Job Description

Overview:
Contributes to the development, planning and implementation of social media marketing promotions and themes.
Create monthly KPI reporting scorecard of social media metrics and success and communication of those goals and achievements to key stakeholders.

1. Coordinates, implements and supports social media marketing projects, processes and programs across three key brands.
2. Works with third-party business partners and agencies to develop and produce collateral materials.
3. Facilitates and coordinates the approval, production schedule, invoicing and inventory of marketing materials.
4. Manages the scripting, pre-production approvals and post production process for YouTube and Facebook video assets.
5. Maintains a Video Master library of new YouTube and Facebook native videos
6. Creates a monthly content calendar and coordinates planning with social media team members.
7. Develop new go-to-market strategies for social media platforms

The role supports the following teams from a marketing perspective; American Home Shield, American Home Shield RE sales, American Home Shield RE Local Programs, HSA Home Warranty Local Programs, ServiceMaster Clean, Merry Maids and AmeriSpec social channels, content calendars and social KPI reporting

The marketing specialist also assists with marketing strategies and tactics for all social media promotions and activities in the spaces listed above.
