Position Overview

Responsible for planning, implementing, and managing marketing programs that support the growth of all ServiceMaster (SVM) brands or an assigned business unit, to include developing and executing new strategies. Leads and manages assigned marketing campaigns and efforts and recommends new areas of opportunity.

Job Responsibilities

  • Finds and identifies opportunities and develops successful strategies to achieve sales objectives for each of the SVM brands or assigned business unit.
  • Implements campaign market analysis and performs forecasting for marketing to achieve sales objectives.
  • Draws conclusions and makes recommendations based on marketing analysis.
  • May develop and refine models that measure impact of advertising.
  • Manages external vendor relationships as needed.
  • Leads and manages marketing projects, programs, and efforts, including planning, budget and status reporting.
  • Recommends new areas of opportunity.
  • Facilitates marketing asset creation and development with internal teams and third party vendors and manages agency relationships.
  • Monitors, analyzes, and reports marketing metrics and outcomes of marketing performance and programs.
  • Makes ongoing optimizations to improve against KPIs.
  • Ensures proper workflow process is followed and that documentation is produced, maintained and communicated for all existing and planned programs.
  • Ensures alignment with brand standards and legal compliance.
  • Tracks and reports on budget for assigned programs.
  • Suggests, develops, and implements tests for assigned programs.
  • Communicates and coordinates marketing campaign plans, risks, and performance metrics to the business.
  • Serves as internal subject matter expert in assigned capacity and drives testing of new tactics and methods that enhance department capabilities.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
  • Five years of Marketing experience
  • Strong Microsoft skills to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks successfully
  • Ability to work with multiple teams to achieve a common goals
  • Ability to work on multiple projects, meeting business imperatives and aggressive deadlines
  • Results oriented
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills for the purpose of making business decisions and translating to business needs
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Solid math skills
  • Understanding of marketing test design
  • Understanding of marketing production processes
  • Ability to motivate and hold others accountable
  • Outstanding collaboration skills, with proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders across business lines to accomplish shared goals and manage expectations
  • May require strong background in A/B testing and conversion optimization (CRO)
  • May require advanced programmatic display experience with understanding of DSP, SSP, RTB, and DMP technologies
  • May require experience using first and third party data providers to improve campaign performance
  • May require advanced knowledge of web analytics
  • May require ability to analyze and interpret web traffic and campaign performance data to extract insights and drive optimizations to enhance ROI
