Position Overview

Conceptualizes, develops, executes and manages comprehensive marketing campaigns and programs to achieve sales objectives. Contributes to marketing strategy and vision in support of current and potential business opportunities. Supports and facilitates marketing integration across the enterprise. Manages relationships with third-party business partners and agencies. Serves as an internal subject matter expert on specified marketing area(s). Develops and manages budget. Manages assigned marketing staff.



Job Responsibilities

  • Conceptualizes, develops, executes and manages comprehensive marketing campaigns and programs to achieve sales objectives
  • Collaborates with management and internal and external business partners to define marketing strategy and vision in support of current and potential business opportunities
  • Supports and facilitates marketing integration across the enterprise
  • Manages relationships with third-party business partners and agencies, including print and creative resources
  • Serves as an internal subject matter expert (SME) on specific area(s) of marketing (e.g., brand, B2B, etc.)
  • Develops and manages budgets for assigned marketing campaigns and programs


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5 years of marketing experience required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 1-2 years of management experience required
  • Knowledge of marketing principles, strategies and practices
  • Business writing skills
  • Public-speaking and presentation skills
  • Business and financial acumen
  • Project management
  • Computer skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Incumbent must be prepared to:

  • Move up to 10 pounds occasionally, by lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise repositioning objects.

  • Fingering and Repetitive motions; such as movement of wrists, hands and fingers while picking, pinching and typing during your normal working environment.
  • Express or exchange ideas with others through the use of spoken word, quickly, accurately, and at an easily audible volume, and receive detailed information through oral communication at usual speaking levels without correction, and/or make fine discriminations in the nature of sounds in the environment.


Incumbent is required to have:

  • Close visual acuity to perform detail oriented activities at distances close to the eyes, as well as visual acuity to perform activities at or within arm’s reach with skill, control, and accuracy, such as preparing and analyzing data, viewing computer screen and expansive reading.

Incumbent will be subject to:

  • Inside working conditions: The change of building environment such as with or without air conditioning and heating.
