Position Overview 

Responsible for achieving budgeted sales with the corporation’s largest and most sophisticated client base.  Focus on adding new accounts, while maintaining an existing book of business. Executes sales plans as assigned by leadership. 

Job Responsibilities 

  • Prospects, develops and closes new business opportunities on a national scale within high value strategic vertical markets. 

  • Initiates and drives customized service solutions for prospective customers that provide competitive differentiation.   

  • Negotiates contracts and key terms and conditions to insure account profitability 

  • Develops, manages, and implements selling strategies with a select, limited, portfolio of key accounts to drive profitable revenue growth, increase market share and account retention. 

  • Leads the overall relationship with select strategic customers, develops multi-level contact strategies and implements strategic selling plans for key customers. 

  • Oversees the implementation of new services and solutions with new and existing customers across the network. 

  • Coordinates and leverages internal resources, including account management, operations and customer service to drive revenue growth, customer satisfaction and account retention. 

  • Represents the Company at a senior level with customers. 

  • Works in conjunction with other selling teams to drive penetration at the regional and local level. 

  • Attends customer and industry events and leads customer meetings.

  • Collects and manages market and customer intelligence. 

  • Develops and sustains multi-level relationships with account portfolio. 


Job Requirements 

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent business or industry experience 

  • 5+ years experience in the prospecting and sales  to Fortune 1000 accounts. 

  • Skill in selling new business , while managing an existing portfolio of large accounts. 

  • Ability to travel frequently to meet with customers. 

  • Skill in time Management.

  • Strong strategic thinking and strategic selling capabilities 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

  • Excellent presentation skills 

  • Skill in prospecting and pipeline management 

  • Skill in contract negotiation 

  • Skill in large account, complex account on-boarding 

  • In-depth knowledge of the Restoration industry and marketplace preferred.
