Job Description



Position Overview

Manages several large and sensitive customer accounts.  Manages projects related to profitability of accounts. Maintains validity of compliance registrations, Certificates of Insurance, fleet registrations, technician identification credentials, and technician pest management licenses and credits.



Job Responsibilities

  • Assists the VP of Service Operations with various company projects as needed.
  • Issues Certificates of Insurance for Commercial General Liability and Automobile Insurance, and ensures all broker requirements are met.
  • Oversees compliance of Pesticide Business Registration renewals and annual compliance reporting for all technicians.
  • Manages the technicians QA audit program while working with technicians to improve reporting and service protocols.
  • Manages projects related to the profitability of customer accounts.
  • Manages several large and sensitive accounts, including the hiring and placement of service technicians for these accounts. 
  • Oversees the fleet management processes which may include -vehicle inspections and registrations, vehicle accident reporting and repair processing, EZ passes, fuel program, GPS program management, NYC parking violations, etc.
  • Administrates the Port Authority of NY/NJ Issuing Office Program. Obtains Issuing Officer Credential and processing of SIDA (Secure Identification Display Area) credentials.
  • May work with VP of Service Operations, Human Resources, and Labor Attorney in issues concerning Collective Bargaining Agreement.  Assists in preparing for union negotiations.
  • Manages all Vendor Registration Systems, beginning with registration, technician requirements, interfaces with clients and annual renewals.
  • Manages technician uniform program. 
  • Maintains level of knowledge and understanding of general system functionality.


Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or general education degree (GED); and two to four years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong customer service ability
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Skill in time management and organization
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Word
  • Skill in problem-solving

Incumbent is required to have
• Close visual acuity to perform detail oriented activities at distances close to the eyes, as well as visual acuity to perform activities at or within arm’s reach with skill, control, and accuracy,  such as preparing and analyzing data, viewing computer screen and expansive reading.
Incumbent will be subject to:
• Inside working conditions: The change of building environment such as with or without air conditioning and heating.
