Job Description


1. This is a contact center position.
2. Accept inbound calls from real estate professionals inquiring about OneGuard's various products.
3. Conduct outbound calls to establish relationships with real estate professionals to gain interest in OneGuard's products.
4. Learn and exhibit a solid understanding of our various warranty plans and options to help customers select the right coverage to meet their needs.
5. Educate customers on the advantages of choosing OneGuard instead of the competition.
6. Recognize and act on opportunities to recommend and sell additional warranty coverage.
7. Accurately and efficiently process new warranty orders in a timely manner.
8. Provide a high-level of dedicated support to OneGuard's Account Executives.
9. Other job duties as required.


1. 2+ years of customer service or quality assurance experience.
2. Must be a relationship-builder with the ability to work in a dynamic, team-based environment.
3. Outstanding communication is required.
4. Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
5. Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a high volume, deadline driven environment.
6. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
7. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus but not required.
8. Flexibility to work before or after a shift as needed.
9. Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
