Job Description

Position Overview

Designs and owns of the overall Salesforce implementation at the company. Responsible for setting good development/configuration practices as well as making sure that the maintains a consistent design.  Works closely with the business to ensure that solutions provide the necessary value in scalable, secure and performant manor.

Job Responsibilities

  • Works with the business to help define requirements and produce technical designs to solve the business needs. 
  • Assists in the design of integrations with other platforms or marketplace solutions.
  • Evaluates best practices and good SDLC practices within the Salesforce environment.
  • Curates the end to end architecture of the Salesforce ecosystem to ensure future growth and efficient performance.
  • Supports, reviews and approves designs and codes.
  • Works with the implementation teams to ensure that designs are understood, tested, and implemented correctly.
  • Acts as credible subject matter expert and provides explanations and information to others on difficult issues.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Salesforce Technical Architect certification
  • 5+ years experience with Salesforce
  • 10 years experience in IT preferred
  • 5 years experience in IT architecture preferred
  • Experience with at least 2 large Salesforce transformations
  • TOGAF or other architecture certification
  • Strong written and verbal skills with IT peers as well as business partners
  • Knowledge of how to draw solutions in an easily consumable format

your normal working environment.

• Express or exchange ideas with others through the use of spoken word, quickly, accurately, and at an easily audible

volume, and receive detailed information through oral communication at usual speaking levels without correction, and/or

make fine discriminations in the nature of sounds in the environment.

Incumbent is required to have:

• Close visual acuity to perform detail oriented activities at distances close to the eyes, as well as visual acuity to perform

activities at or within arm’s reach with skill, control, and accuracy, such as preparing and analyzing data, viewing computer

screen and expansive reading.

Incumbent will be subject to:

• Inside working conditions: The change of building environment such as with or without air conditioning and heating.
