Job Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support for the corporate talent acquisition team(scheduling meetings over Outlook, preparing interview schedules, and coordinating travel)
  • Schedule director level and above interviews including coordinating candidate travel, setting up video conference calls, and packaging candidate profiles for executive leadership on a daily basis
  • Audit, process, and submit invoices for the corporate talent acquisition team in a punctual manner 
  • Assist in sourcing candidates, communicating with third party vendors, and various other functions.
  • Reviews and analyzes records for programs, including, but not limited to, course evaluations and associate participation, data and trends to recommend program changes
  • Establishes trusted partnering relationships and manages expectations within the team, with key stakeholders and with external parties.
  • Communicates and reports regularly on candidate status.
  • Manages recruiting program logistics to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Recommend ways to improve the accuracy and efficiency of TA activities, best practices and record keeping

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree required
  • 2-5 years of talent acquisition and/or administrative support required
  • Proficiency in the use of: Word, simple accounting, databases, spreadsheets, e-mail, internet
  • Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with others, both internally and externally
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills, including comfort and skill in interacting with all levels of management
  • Attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Customer service focus and high sense of urgency
  • The ability to positively influence others to achieve results that are in the best interest of the organization
  • Proficiency in problem solving and assessing problem situations to identify causes, gather and process relevant information and make recommendations to solve the problem
  • Must be able to organize and prioritize multiple tasks, monitor progress towards goals and track details
