Position Overview
Develops, executes, and monitors programs and tactics to achieve business plan objectives and set sales and/or profit goals. Leads product development teams using project management skills for timely implementation and within set budgets. Develop product plans and discover ways to re-design and re-invent aging product lines. Solves problems and improves performance of assigned product lines. May be responsible for overseeing the development of new business channels focused on client administrative functions. Job Responsibilities
•Takes ownership of the assigned product line in all aspects of the business.
•Manages the product through the complete product life cycle.
•Develops annual product plans and look for ways to re-design and re-invent aging or poor performing product lines.
•Manages product line profitability to defined company goals and performs product price reviews, price exceptions, and product line life-cycle reviews.
•Coordinate the front-end marketing work to assure that a new product is justifiable to the business.
•Directs and manages the product development process. Initiate and lead the process to justify the business case for developing the product.
•Provides required on-going support for field sales, customer service, and training.
•Develops and maintains industry contacts.
•May hire, train, and manage a team of associates to handle identified customer needs.
•May partner with Sales/Business Development teams to identify and secure potential partners and opportunities.
•May define and document client needs and service line agreements.
•May direct and manage the development of policies, procedures, call flows, scripting, reporting, and technology enhancements to address client needs.
•May work cross-functionally with various functions in the organization to develop processes and solutions.
•May develop and manage product implementation, enhancement, and strategy roadmaps.

Job Requirements
•Bachelor’s degree Industrial Engineering, Mathematics or related field; 3-5 years experience at a manager level developing and applying achievement metrics.
•Advanced degree in management, engineering or related field preferred; 10 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
•3-5 years experience managing staff, resources, projects, and change management.
•Experience with facilitating process assessment sessions with internal and external business partners at all levels.
•Experience with optimization and simulation routines.
•Experience with planning complex operations requiring high customer service levels.

Incumbent must be prepared to:

•Move up to 10 pounds occasionally, by lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise repositioning objects.

•Fingering and Repetitive motions; such as movement of wrists, hands and fingers while picking, pinching and typing during your normal working environment.
•Express or exchange ideas with others through the use of spoken word, quickly, accurately, and at an easily audible volume, and receive detailed information through oral communication at usual speaking levels without correction, and/or make fine discriminations in the nature of sounds in the environment.

Incumbent is required to have:

•Close visual acuity to perform detail oriented activities at distances close to the eyes, as well as visual acuity to perform activities at or within arm’s reach with skill, control, and accuracy, such as preparing and analyzing data, viewing computer screen and expansive reading.

Incumbent will be subject to:

•Inside working conditions: The change of building environment such as with or without air conditioning and heating.
