Job Description



Position Overview

Supports the national accounts team by creating new customer profiles, coverage charts, and work order schedules. Drafts instructions to providers on the customer specifics of new sites. Interfaces with franchise owners, customers, and sales teams regarding customer account information (e.g. client and sub-contractor agreements, pricing, and work orders). Maintains up-to-date customer records



Job Responsibilities

  • Creates new customer profiles, service level agreements, and recurring work order schedules.
  • Drafts documentation to communicate account information to customers and service providers.
  • Maintains and updates client and sub-contractor agreement files and work orders data.
  • Dispatches and manages process flow of work orders to franchise operations and subcontracted service providers
  • Dispatches and manages process flow of quality assurance surveys to client facilities; communicates results to appropriate parties.
  • Creates coverage charts for potential customer's locations.
  • Assigns providers to new national account locations.
  • Schedules on-site visits to confirm information received from the sales team at time of bid.
  • Provides customer service and problem resolution to clients, franchise operations and subcontractors
  • Generates reports for customer and subcontractor work orders and invoices


Job Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED with 2 years of customer service and/or administrative experience involving data entry and Microsoft Excel required.
  • Verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to multi-task
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Excel, Word, etc.)
