Position Overview

Assist project manager and facility manager in the execution of branch construction projects and remote branch facility maintenance. Ensuring projects are done on time and on budget and facility standards are maintained to a high level.

Job Responsibilities

  • Help coordinate construction remodel and refresh projects from inception to completion, manages smaller projects
  • Helps the Facilities Manager with overseeing, ordering repairs and maintenance from vendors, for all branch and office buildings, including but not limited to, HVAC operations, lighting, electrical, signage, plumbing, and other facility maintenance related items.
  • Organize, file, and maintain all current project documents and submit invoices
  • Coordinates with Real Estate to ensure the lease agreement terms are adhered to.
  • Help create and adhere to project timelines, calendars and budgets
  • Collect any supporting documentation as needed
  • Facilitate communications between office and field staff
  • Schedule meetings, phone calls, etc.
  • Track and directly report project status updates to managers

Job Requirements

  • 0-3+ years experience in construction project management OR 0-3+ years experience with educational background in construction management or similar field.
  • Must have a high sense of urgency
  • Basic knowledge of blueprints and construction documents
  • Ability to compare proposals and contracts
  • Experience with CMMS software like Service Channel or Corrigo a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite and other management software
  • Organized and detail-oriented with Strong communication skills both oral and written

Incumbent is required to have:

  • Close visual acuity to perform detail oriented activities at distances close to the eyes, as well as visual acuity to perform activities at or within arm’s reach with skill, control, and accuracy, such as preparing and analyzing data, viewing computer screen and expansive reading.

Incumbent will be subject to:

  • Inside working conditions: The change of building environment such as with or without air conditioning and heating.
