Position Overview
Conducts onsite assessment of branch performance and adherence to plays and standards. Creates and implements branch level corrective action plans. Trains and coaches where appropriate, tracking results of specific action items and holding field leadership accountable for promptly addressing issues. Assists in the implementation of new initiatives, as requested.

Job Responsibilities
•Responsible for the onsite assessment of branch performance and adherence to plays and standards and directly responsible for the creation and implementation of branch level corrective action plans.
•Responsible for training and coaching where appropriate, tracking results of specific action items and holding field leadership accountable for promptly addressing issues.
•Responsible for assisting in the implementation of new initiatives, as requested.
•Conducts bottom quartile branch operational audits, quality and operation assessments and develops corrective action plans on sight.
•Conducts associate quality audit ride-alongs.
•Coaches to process and safety standards as well as tools during branch visits – or during new branch set up or for new branch leadership. Partner with training team to deliver branch standards and tools training (as requested by division leadership).
•Follows up with branches to ensure continued action plans are in place and previous action items have been successfully resolved.
•Escalates issues related to regulatory and safety standards to the appropriate individuals through inspection of branches and vehicles.
•Reviews and monitors quality assurance audit scores and establishes accountability system that ensures compliance with the program within the division.
•Implements new initiatives. Mostly accomplished during branch visits but may also include conference calls or attending branch, region or division meetings
•Review and assess reports and scorecards and provides recommendations to Division Field Directors, Corporate and Field leadership on areas of improvement opportunities (Process Improvement) operational improvements.

Job Requirements
•BS/BA related discipline or equivalent experience preferred
•Associate degree or equivalent from two year college or technical school: or six months to one year related experience and/or training
•3-5 years of business management experience preferred
•P & L and asset management and experience in sales management strongly preferred
•Experience setting and surpassing aggressive sales, service, and profit goals. Possess and applies knowledge of management skills in the completion of ongoing tasks and project.
•Demonstrates knowledge of organizations business practices, issues faced, and problem resolution.
•3 years successful performance as a service, sales or branch manager
•Exceptional presentation skills
•Excellent project management skills
•Strong Excel ability
•Ability to quickly learn new technologies and processes/standards
•Ability to effectively communicate and coach to company requirements
•Ability to apply correct measuring protocol for each work type
•Proven competence in managing multiple tasks and competing priorities
•Dedicated customer first mindset
