Position Overview

Develops, executes, and monitors programs and tactics to achieve business plan objectives and/or profit goals. Leads product development teams using project management skills for timely implementation and within set budgets. Develops product plans and discover ways to re-design and re-invent aging product lines. Solves problems and improves performance of assigned product lines.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manages the activities of overall plans/programs for a specific service line(s).
  • Researches the design of products and ensures that quality standards are met.
  • Leads plans and tracks all phases of the product life cycle, from inception through launch into the marketplace.
  • Works with the innovation team to determine market potential for new products and services.
  • Works with marketing team to build integrated marketing strategy/plans supporting individual service line(s).
  • Assists with developing business plans.
  • Delivers projects on time and budget; manages deliverables through cross functional teams.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, or related field
  • 3 -5 years of product management, marketing role B2B and/or franchise model experience required
  • Master’s degree preferred
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Project and time management skills

  • Ability to provide strategic leadership and direction
  • Ability to interpret trends and patterns

Incumbent must be prepared to:

  • Move up to 10 pounds occasionally, by lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise repositioning objects.

Incumbent is required to have:

  • Close visual acuity to perform detail oriented activities at distances close to the eyes, as well as visual acuity to perform activities at or within arm’s reach with skill, control, and accuracy, such as preparing and analyzing data, viewing computer screen and expansive reading.

Incumbent will be subject to:

  • Inside working conditions: The change of building environment such as with or without air conditioning and heating.
