Job Responsibilities
• Analysis of business and technical processes by building reports, scripts, and queries
• Development of business information reporting, scorecard and metrics
• Scheduling, routine delivery and archive management for standard reports and scorecards
• Ownership for reporting reference guides, tools, materials and version control
• Project management and task work related to reporting and analysis tools
• Collect and analyze complex data sets for results and variances, identifying trends and patterns in order to recommend actions to improve business processes.
• Provides information to management by assembling and summarizing data; preparing reports; making presentations of findings, analyses, and recommendations.

Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree
• 0-2 years experience
• Experience with common analysis tools—SQL, SAS, R
• Skills in MS Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc)
• Preferred experience with Power BI, Tableau or similar
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client management skills
• Ability to handle data in a confidential way
• Detail and process orientation
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent math, formulation and calculation skills
• Knowledge of technical reporting best practice and management
• Skills in data analysis, report writing, defining requirements and creation/maintenance of reports
• Knowledge of technical databases
