Position Overview

Responsible for complex business and systems process analysis, design, and simulation. Researches and investigates business process and systems requirements. Focus is on process analysis and re-engineering with an understanding of challenges and opportunities as related to current and future business environment. Recommends and facilitates quality and process improvement efforts.



Job Responsibilities

  • Leads and facilitates cross-functional project teams to develop and execute process improvement initiatives.
  • Partners with business leads to develop, implement, and communicate standard operational policies, procedures, and processes.
  • Analyzes current process standards and metrics in order to recommend solutions for improvements.
  • Researches best business practices within and outside the organization to establish benchmark data.
  • Collects and analyzes complex data sets for results and variances, identifying trends and patterns in order to recommend actions to improve business processes.
  • Performs data gathering, root cause analysis, and performance trending in order to develop appropriate process control changes.
  • Prepares and presents process improvement and methodology workshops.
  • Creates presentations and business case/ROI in support of key initiatives.
  • Coordinates across multiple functional groups to gather the information necessary for executing data models.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of operations and/or continuous improvement /project management experience required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Project management, change management and business process analysis experience required.
  • MBA, Lean, Quality and/or Six Sigma certification and recent proven experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement principles, methodologies, and practices
  • Business process analysis skills
  • Project and resource management skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Written and verbal communication skills including delivering presentations
  • Skill with Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge of systems design and principles
  • Ability to influence company leadership and project teams
  • Business and financial acumen.
