Learn About the Job:
Catseye Scheduling Coordinator position is a mix of scheduling coordinator and customer service rep. The coordinator will handle phone calls and emails from current clients. They answer any questions or concerns a client may have regarding service and billing. Coordinators also manage the schedule and routing for our Pest Management Technicians, confirm appointments with clients, and scan and organize work orders. We are looking for a positive, energetic individual with great communication skills who is able to multi-tak and work in a fast-paced environment. No prior knowledge of the pest management industry is necessary.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
2 years' experience in customer service
Strong communication and organizational skills
