Job Description

Routinely processes inbound/outbound calls and dispatching leads to the appropriate party. Uses computerized system for tracking and gathering information.

• Uses general product knowledge to process electronic mitigation requests and inbound customer calls to develop Claims Capture Unit (CCU) leads and dispatch to assigned franchise.
• Corresponds with franchises by phone to gather claim information and accept lead when claims are distributed after hours.
• Completes loss request e.g. XactAnalysis, to generate a CCU leads and dispatch to assigned franchise.
• Completes Remote Lead Queue CCU lead request and dispatch to assigned franchise.
• Completes franchise queue requests to reassign CCU lead and dispatch to newly assigned franchise.
• Performs outbound calls to insurance company representatives and policy holders regarding mitigation service request franchise assignments.
• Resolves franchise lead fee disputes.

Education and Experience Requirements
• High school diploma/GED required
• Call Center customer service experience preferred

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Customer service skills
• Communication skills, both verbal and written • Knowledge of contact database software e.g. RESPOND 2.0
• Skilled with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to type 30wpm
