Job Description



Position Overview

Audits company records within each branch on a monthly basis to assure compliance with Federal, State and local laws and regulations and minimum company standards. Conducts training meetings with pertinent personnel as necessary regarding the implementation of new policies and regulations.



Job Responsibilities

  • Reviews the material usage report on a daily basis, identifying inaccuracies for 2 or more locations (NY).
  • Prepares work orders on a daily basis (CT).
  • Completes a weekly report of any and all inaccuracies found.
  • Reports any changes in Management or Technicians within the branch location.
  • Data entry of pest control and termite work orders
  • Completes a monthly license report (CT).
  • Works with Technicians in the field to ensure any inaccuracies are fully resolved.
  • Works with regulatory agencies and management to answer inquiries and/or resolve issues.


Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to two years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Associate’s degree preferred
  • One year experience in a related job or field required
  • License(s) and certification(s) as required by state(s)/li>
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Attention to details
  • Time management skills
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public

Incumbent must be prepared to:

  • Move up to 10 pounds occasionally, by lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise repositioning objects.
  • Sitting for long periods of time while using office equipment such as computers, phones and etc.
  • Fingering and Repetitive motions; such as movement of wrists, hands and fingers while picking, pinching and typing during your normal working environment.
  • Express or exchange ideas with others through the use of spoken word, quickly, accurately, and at an easily audible volume, and receive detailed information through oral communication at usual speaking levels without correction, and/or make fine discriminations in the nature of sounds in the environment.


Incumbent is required to have:

  • Close visual acuity to perform detail oriented activities at distances close to the eyes, as well as visual acuity to perform activities at or within arm’s reach with skill, control, and accuracy, such as preparing and analyzing data, viewing computer screen and expansive reading.

Incumbent will be subject to:

  • Inside working conditions: The change of building environment such as with or without air conditioning and heating.
