Conceptualizes, designs and executes strong, research-driven creative in a fast-paced environment. Works independently and consistently utilizes the best communication methods to provide clear direction to other team members, agencies or contributors regarding project objective. Collaborates with brand, business, and channel marketing teams as well as internal stakeholders, vendors, and agencies to develop strategic creative solutions and marketing assets to support the growth of our brand and business.

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to conceptualize, design and execute effective brand assets, marketing collateral and multi-channel campaigns based on brand identity, brand knowledge, and brand objectives
  • Collaborates with internal and external creative resources and project management teams.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize projects and tasks, and manage time to meet quick-turn deadlines
  • Demonstrates strong written and in-person communication skills, interpersonal skills, and organizational skills
  • Ability to present creative concepts to stakeholders in an organized, professional and effective manner
  • Ability to maintain digital asset libraries and in a proactive, organized manner
  • Ability to manage project details, such as timelines, budgets/estimates, vendor coordination and any other related task
  • Ability to prepare production-ready files and work with third-party vendors to ensure accurate execution and fulfillment
  • Maintains current knowledge of industry best practices and trends

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related discipline or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3 years related experience
  • Proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent sense of design, visual brand language, typography, and use of photography
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience working with vendors related to print and digital assets
  • Experience providing final files to print and digital vendors
  • Experience with video, animation, and photography is preferred
  • HTML experience is a plus
  • Ability to build strong relationships within and outside of the company
  • Ability to prioritize workload, handle tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail
  • Self-motivator and team player
  • Portfolio required
