Hometown Pest Control is a full service pest control company located in Delray Beach, Florida. We are committed in providing the highest quality of service and to protect our customers and their property against unwanted pests. We are growing and currently seeking: Customer Service Rep

Responsibilities include:

  • Customer Service taking high volume of incoming calls
  • Identify, research and resolve customer issues using the computer system.
  • Document all customer’s calls on customer account and forward to appropriate associate
  • Communicate clearly and concisely with customers and technicians
  • Update customer accounts/invoices using information from technician route sheets
  • Data Entry as needed and other clerical duties
  • Ability to calculate balances due, revise past due accounts and discounts on customer accounts
  • Call customers to collect 30-60, 61-90, and 91-120 plus days past due balances
  • Other duties as assigned by management


  • High School Diploma
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good Mathematical Skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/Outlook)
