Position Overview: 

Join the fast-paced Channel Marketing team and become a key leader supporting the Terminix Residential brand.  As the Performance Marketing Consultant, you heavily contribute to the marketing strategy for all digital performance marketing efforts, including affiliate marketing, landing page optimization, and direct response efforts on major social media platforms, video- and programmatic media programs. 

Through excellent communication & analytical skills, you will help manage internal stakeholders, multiple agency contacts, and external strategic partners to aggressively optimize campaigns, balancing a steady lead flow across more than 300 corporate branches, while achieving outstanding bottom line results. You will help develop and maintain monthly financial plans and lead forecasts, being accountable to deliver results on every working dollar. In all your efforts, you thrive to find ways to improve processes, test new user experiences, as well as to develop and implement a best-in-class audience strategy and ad formats.

What you’ll do:  

Contribute driving the strategy and steady growth behind Terminix’ direct response efforts on major social media platforms, video- and programmatic media programs, as well as affiliate campaigns 

Help build & execute a best-in-class landing page optimization program, running multiple A/B or multi-variant tests across various traffic sources to continuously improve conversion rates 

Help manage budgets that achieve aggressive leads and sales objectives across over 300 corporate branches, and refine plans regularly 

Help to create and implement both a best-in-class audience and GEO-performance marketing strategy 

Keep your finger on the pulse of digital marketing industry trends at all times and an eye towards the future 

Work with call center and analytics teams to optimize all campaigns to the best conversation path (lead gen vs. ecom) and maximize ROI on a geographic level 

Work closely with other members of the marketing team to run integrated campaigns, including other paid acquisition channels, CRM, and analytics 

Your education and job experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3+ years of marketing experience required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of digital marketing experience a must

  • Knowledge of the following tools a plus: 
    Analytics & Data Platforms: Web Analytics Tools, BI Software, Lead Management Tools, Calltracking Solutions 
    Other Software: DoubleClick for Advertisers, Facebook Business Manager, Landing Page Management Tools 

  • Experience with annual planning processes, call- & sales forecasting, and monthly / daily budgeting / progress reporting a plus 

  • Experience in the home services industry a plus

Incumbent will be subject to:

  • Inside working conditions: The change of building environment such as with or without air conditioning and heating.
