Position Overview

This role leads the development and implementation of key strategic direct response marketing initiatives including data driven online and offline conversion funnel optimizations, B2C broadcast and direct mail optimizations, and implementation of state of the art marketing technologies.

Through excellent communication & analytical skills, you will manage internal stakeholders, multiple agency contacts, and external strategic partners to aggressively optimize campaigns, balancing a steady lead flow across more than 300 corporate branches, while achieving outstanding bottom line results. You will help develop and maintain monthly financial plans and lead forecasts, being accountable to deliver results on every working dollar. In all your efforts, you thrive to find ways to improve processes, test new user experiences, as well as to develop and implement a best-in-class audience strategy and ad formats.

Job Responsibilities

  • You will design and execute marketing plans in support of customer acquisition business strategy.
  • You will lead the evaluation of the effectiveness of direct response marketing plans and recommends changes as necessary.
  • You will integrate the direct response strategies and tactics across channels to achieve acquisition, retention and service targets.
  • You will develop and implement multi-touch attribution models to optimize omni-channel decisions.
  • You will manage assigned budgets and ensures that key financial performance metrics are met.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field.
  • 10 years of experience in developing and executing direct response marketing plans with an emphasis on multi channel marketing.
  • Management and development of a team of marketing professionals.
  • Strong collaboration and team building skills.
  • Ability to make decisions and recommendations based on sound, fact based analysis.

  • Close visual acuity to perform detail oriented activities at distances close to the eyes, as well as visual acuity to perform activities at or within arm’s reach with skill, control, and accuracy, such as preparing and analyzing data, viewing computer screen and expansive reading.

Incumbent will be subject to:

  • Inside working conditions: The change of building environment such as with or without air conditioning and heating.
