Position Overview

This role leads the development and implementation of key strategic direct response marketing initiatives including brand campaigns, digital campaigns, SEO, social media, and marketing agency engagement. Designs and executes marketing plans in support of business strategy.



Job Responsibilities

  • Leads the development and implementation of key strategic direct response marketing initiatives including brand campaigns, digital campaigns, SEO, social media, and marketing agency engagement.
  • Designs and executes marketing plans in support of customer acquisition business strategy.
  • Leads the evaluation of the effectiveness of direct response marketing plans and recommends changes as necessary.
  • Manages assigned budgets and ensures that key financial performance metrics are met.
  • Integrates direct response strategies and tactics across channels to achieve acquisition, retention and service targets.
  • Presents ideas and recommendations to senior leadership./li>
  • Provides quantitative analysis to support proposals.
  • Manages and develops staff.
  • Manages multiple agency relationships.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field.
  • 10 years of experience in developing and executing direct response marketing plans with an emphasis on digital marketing.
  • Management and development of a team of marketing professionals.
  • MBA 15 years of experience in developing strategic direct response programs preferred./li>
  • Strong collaboration and team building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple channel marketing plans
  • Ability to lead direct reports and attract top talent.
  • Ability to make decisions and recommendations based on sound, fact based analysis.

  • Close visual acuity to perform detail oriented activities at distances close to the eyes, as well as visual acuity to perform activities at or within arm’s reach with skill, control, and accuracy, such as preparing and analyzing data, viewing computer screen and expansive reading.

Incumbent will be subject to:

  • Inside working conditions: The change of building environment such as with or without air conditioning and heating.
