Position Overview

Directs the implementation of key strategic marketing initiatives, policies and programs in assigned function to deliver profitable customer growth.



Job Responsibilities

  • Develops, directs the implementation of key strategic initiatives that may include, but are not limited to, communications, operations, branding, website analysis, marketing resources, policies and programs.
  • Implements and tracks key marketing initiatives with internal and external agencies.
  • Develops and implements marketing plans and policies to meet budget.
  • Strategically develops, executes, tracks and reports market programs that are targeted to penetrate the service line marketplace, both nationally and internationally.
  • Determines marketing tools required to support strategies.
  • Provides recommendations to and influence a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provides direction by hiring, evaluating performance, counseling, and training department or team.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Master’s degree preferred
  • 8 years experience in related field
  • Previous management level experience required
  • Possess and ability to apply knowledge of management skills in the completion of ongoing tasks and projects
  • Understanding of different customer segments and data provided from consumer insights
  • Ability to prioritize and utilize time management skills and delegate tasks accordingly
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Incumbent must be prepared to:

  • Move up to 10 pounds occasionally, by lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise repositioning objects.
  • Sitting for long periods of time while using office equipment such as computers, phones and etc.
  • Fingering and Repetitive motions; such as movement of wrists, hands and fingers while picking, pinching and typing during your normal working environment.
  • Express or exchange ideas with others through the use of spoken word, quickly, accurately, and at an easily audible volume, and receive detailed information through oral communication at usual speaking levels without correction, and/or make fine discriminations in the nature of sounds in the environment.


Incumbent is required to have:

  • Close visual acuity to perform detail oriented activities at distances close to the eyes, as well as visual acuity to perform activities at or within arm’s reach with skill, control, and accuracy, such as preparing and analyzing data, viewing computer screen and expansive reading.

Incumbent will be subject to:

  • Inside working conditions: The change of building environment such as with or without air conditioning and heating.
