Job Description

Position Overview

Responsible for all real estate activities including project and transaction management, financial approvals and sign off, lease administration and brokerage partnerships to ensure best economies of scale are achieved and maximum cost efficiency obtained. This position will also be responsible for facilities and aviation management.

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain established plan for centralized real estate function and strategy across all company business units and continue as key role to the Supply Management organization.
  • Manage and direct all new construction requirements across business units including tenant improvement build out and ground up facility development.
  • Establish effective metrics and monitoring systems to track total end-to-end real estate costs and associated risks including database management. Examples of these costs are lease expense, maintenance and property taxes.
  • Implement methodology that will determine best possible acquisition strategy (i.e., ensure best possible deal negotiations, use of SVM standard form documentation, lease versus owned analysis, long term market/branch placement & planning).
  • Rationalize branch, contact center, and Corporate campus long-term strategy to drive best possible lease arrangements and cost savings.
  • Direct all facility activities for multiple campus locations including daily operation & upkeep, office relocation, campus security, and corporate warehouses.
  • Manages our aviation contracts and vendor.
  • Generate and handle all reporting for corporate requirements as well as strategic planning and presentations to executive leadership.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 8 - 10 years of relevant experience.

  • Move up to 10 pounds occasionally, by lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise repositioning objects.

  • Express or exchange ideas with others through the use of spoken word, quickly, accurately, and at an easily audible volume, and receive detailed information through oral communication at usual speaking levels without correction, and/or make fine discriminations in the nature of sounds in the environment.

Incumbent is required to have:

  • Close visual acuity to perform detail oriented activities at distances close to the eyes, as well as visual acuity to perform activities at or within arm’s reach with skill, control, and accuracy, such as preparing and analyzing data, viewing computer screen and expansive reading.

Incumbent will be subject to:

  • Inside working conditions: The change of building environment such as with or without air conditioning and heating.
