What is this role about?

ServiceMaster is currently recruiting candidates for an elite 18-month Leadership Development Program which includes several diverse rotational experiences and many opportunities for growth and professional development.  This intensive program is designed to provide participants with a “fast track” to our Field HR leadership roles and help build our overall HR bench strength. 


Each individual’s experience will be unique, but below are examples of potential program rotations: 



  • Talent & Organization Development
  • Total Rewards & HR Shared Services
  • Talent Acquisition
  • Associate Relations
  • Business Unit Call Center HR
  • Business Unit Field HR


While on rotation, HR LDPs serve as a fully functioning member of their assigned team with real accountability for leading projects, partnering with business leaders, and delivery of key HR services.

What are we looking for?

  • Business degree with specialization or concentration in HR  (3.0 or higher GPA)
  • Prior HR internship experience highly desirable
  • Strong evidence of prior leadership experience
  • Desire to build a career in the Human Resources field
  • Strong interpersonal, written and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Intellectual curiosity, flexibility and creativity
  • Analytic and problem-solving capabilities
  • Willingness to relocate during and after program
