Job Description

Provides basic technical support for specialty area.

Responsibilities
1. Provide basic technical support for their specialty area.
2. Participate in administrative tasks such as setup and monitoring of services for their
specialty area.
3. Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance efforts related to their specialty
area.
4. Acts as technical resource in assisting users to resolve problems in their specialty area.
5. Perform basic troubleshooting and fact gathering, and escalate to appropriate teams as
needed.
6. Maintain technology processes or services associated for their specialty area.
7. Under close supervision.

Education and Experience Requirements
* Associate’s degree in computer science and 1-2 years work experience in the specialty
area or an equivalent combination of education and experience, required.
* B.S. degree in Computer Science, MIS and/or other related field, preferred
