Position Overview

Dir Responsible for the overall management of the accounting department including the annual budget and forecast. Recommend improvements to policies and procedures. Manager the daily activities of the department.

Job Responsibilities

  • Direct accounting department activities, including: order to cash, accounts payable, collections, and record retention.
  • Make recommendations, direct development and implementation of new or existing policies or procedures.
  • Oversee exchange of electronic payment and transactional data files.
  • Ensure completion of operational reports and inquiries regarding corporate financial data.
  • Responsible for the Accounting Department annual budget and forecast.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5 years of related work experience including 1 years of management experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Lead and direct the work of others
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Math, analytical and budgeting skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem solving and decision making skills

Incumbent is required to have:

  • Close visual acuity to perform detail oriented activities at distances close to the eyes, as well as visual acuity to perform activities at or within arm’s reach with skill, control, and accuracy, such as preparing and analyzing data, viewing computer screen and expansive reading.

Incumbent will be subject to:

  • Inside working conditions: The change of building environment such as with or without air conditioning and heating.
