 Position Overview 

The marketing manager is responsible for the development and execution of marketing plans, programs, and budgets to ensure profit growth and business expansion. The manager will develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, franchisees and management. 


Job Responsibilities 

  • Lead and execute strategic marketing planning and tactical marketing executions, efficiently allocating resources to meet business goals, support strategic focus areas and drive revenue growth. 

  • Lead brand marketing across channels including digital media, website, film, social media, email, events, consumer research and other collateral. 

  • Responsible for maintaining the brand and owning comprehensive understanding of consumer. 

  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with vendors, franchise owners, peers and executives to optimize utilization of resources. 

  • Facilitate meetings and training, as needed, in order to advance brand and business objectives. 

Job Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree in related discipline required, Master’s degree preferred. 

  • 5 years of experience in related role. 

  • Proficiency in marketing, communications and advertising tactics. 

  • Demonstrated ability to incorporate tactics into broader integrated marketing strategy to achieve business goals, preferably in consumer services and/or healthcare industries. 

  • Financial acumen to project, plan and manage budgets based on revenues, goals and expected results. 

  • Ability to plan and lead consumer research to impact marketing and business outcomes. 

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to navigate a matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders. 

  • Professionalism and ability to develop strong working relationships within the company, with vendors and with franchisees, among other stakeholders. 

  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to indirectly manage others and lead teams. 

  • Ability to manage, prioritize and deliver multiple simultaneous deadline-oriented projects and ongoing tasks. 

  • Ability to deliver superior results with limited supervision. 

  • Experience with sales support and enablement is preferred.
