Job Description

Review and process insurance payments and billing. Conduct research, provide prompt customer service, and follow up on past due amounts.

1. Review and process insurance payments, electronic payments and paper checks
2. Billing for all National Account Janitorial services
3. Provides prompt customer service to the franchisee, insurance representatives, and end-user clients concerning payments or billing status
4. Research and follow up on unidentified payments
5. Collections: review and follow up on past due invoices

Education and Experience Requirements
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and six to twelve months related experience and/or training

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Must have strong math skills and possess strong detail orientation with the ability to follow through.
• Must be deadline driven with strong desire for accuracy.
• Must be a team player; willing to get the job done.
• Must understand billing and payment issues and have the willingness to learn.
• Must be proficient in computer skills to include Microsoft Office, LIVE, and other software needed to complete the job.
• Must possess good communications skill.
• Must possess a strong customer service desire.
