We are seeking a Quality Assurance Support Specialist to provide overall support to our Partner network in the administration of the escalation process and measuring partner performance in select categories.  The QA Support Specialist will develop professional relationships with both internal and external clients to insure continued growth and retention of the client base.  The position will primarily be responsible for helping the Partners understand Copesan processes and available escalation monitoring tools; and will include setup and documentation, real-time client reporting and providing feedback to assigned Partners.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage escalation process with assigned accounts
  • Run trending and monitor data to facilitate problem resolution
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Partner issues identified by Partner or CISC Staff and/or National Accounts field-based personnel
  • Audit Partner tickets to identify Partner service issues needing corrective action
  • Protocol development and management
  • Provide procedural guidance to Partners regarding Copesan tools, processes, and requirements
  • Monitor document/information flow between Corporate and Partner
  • Generate, manage and streamline client reporting process
  • Develop a network of strategic internal (CISC) and external (Partner) contacts for specific needs (escalation, after hours, etc)

Qualifications

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience
  • Above average computer skills with intermediate to advanced experience with Excel, Outlook and Adobe Pro
  • Proven written/verbal communications skills including emails, data spreadsheets and presentation materials
  • Data analysis and critical thinking skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience in account management a plus
  • Quality background in Service Industry a plus
  • Commercial Pest management experience a plus
