Job Description

Position Overview
As the primary front line contact for insurance companies for the business unit, provides information and updates, assists with on-boarding of new partners, provides reports, assists in training, sells national or regional programs, products or services to new and existing clients, manages programs, and builds new relationships. Assists with developing marketing collateral.

Job Responsibilities
•Serves as primary front line contact for insurance companies for the business unit and assists with on-boarding new insurance partners.
•Provides information to franchisees regarding insurance, updates, sets up and trains on current software, assists in expanding territories, resolves payment issues, and may serve as the expert by holding sales training courses and providing individual coaching. Builds relationships with National Account Managers and franchisees to advance insurance programs .
•Provides reporting for various stakeholders. Compiles and distributes dashboards and provides insurance program reports. Handles issue resolution, tracking, and reporting by using sales software and analyzing customer issues. Maintains and distributes new customer information .
•Conducts meetings as required with assigned company program customers to review performance data reports, adherence to service level guidelines, and to existing or new pilots within the accounts.
•Assists in organizing and/or conducting training for new owners or others to enhance the quality of service and implement new programs or pilots for franchises or annual conventions.
•Sells national or regional programs, products, or services to existing and new clients. Identifies key opportunities and needs of assigned customer (current and prospective) to achieve budgeted growth goals. Plans and executes sales strategies and tactics through communication to customers.
•Manages programs from start to finish and updates guidelines. Develops and implements processes and procedures for sales and systems to support sales activities, as well as to capture market share.
•Works with Marketing Department to develop marketing collateral pieces. Coordinates, prepares, and edits customer presentations and other customer related collateral.
•Reviews and analyzes insurance lead flow.
•Reviews coverage map to ensure accurate coverage.

Job Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
•5 years experience in business operations management or related field
•Experience in project management, leadership, customer service, and conflict resolution
•Insurance and mitigation experience preferred
•Excellent communication and effective interpersonal skills
•Ability to make good decisions and solve problems
•Strong attention to detail and organization skills
•Excellent customer service skills
•Ability to travel

Incumbent is required to have:

•Close visual acuity to perform detail oriented activities at distances close to the eyes, as well as visual acuity to perform activities at or within arm’s reach with skill, control, and accuracy, such as preparing and analyzing data, viewing computer screen and expansive reading.

Incumbent will be subject to:

•Inside working conditions: The change of building environment such as with or without air conditioning and heating.
