Position Overview

This position is responsible for developing, designing and producing all reports requested by the field or other internal parties. Determines the need for ongoing reports to efficiently meet partners’ requests. This job also supports Sales Operations as determined through field requirements.



Job Responsibilities

  • Establishes consistent process and expectations for performance reporting for all sales channels
  • Reviews all requests for sales information from the field and determines ongoing report processes
  • Acts as single point of contact to Business Solutions for system use, output, reports, and requirements
  • Presents production performance evaluations on projects/programs in coordination with finance/accounting
  • Assists in the preparation, review and ongoing monitoring of budgets, forecasts, strategic plans and other financial data to assist management with current and long-range planning.
  • Establishes metrics, ensures viable data sources are available before and during all sales and marketing tests
  • Recommends methodologies for analyses; designs and implements strategic analysis
  • Ensures continuous improvement of reporting efficiency, ease of use and applicability to business requirements.
  • Designs, develops and delivers analytical training for various teams, as needed
  • Ensures data is accurate as new systems are put into place and old systems are disabled
  • Develops reporting for operational team that enables them to work directly with users to improve service level agreements



Job Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree and 10 years total work experience required with 5 years management experience preferred
  • Leadership experience in service role / function preferred
  • Knowledge of business unit operations and information systems
  • Ability to closely partner and coordinate with other departments
  • Presentation skills

• Move up to 10 pounds occasionally, by lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise repositioning objects.  

• Sitting for long periods of time while using office equipment such as computers, phones and etc.

• Fingering and Repetitive motions; such as movement of wrists, hands and fingers while picking, pinching and typing during your normal working environment.

• Express or exchange ideas with others through the use of spoken word, quickly, accurately, and at an easily audible volume, and receive detailed information through oral communication at usual speaking levels without correction, and/or make fine discriminations in the nature of sounds in the environment.

Incumbent is required to have: 

• Close visual acuity to perform detail oriented activities at distances close to the eyes, as well as visual acuity to perform activities at or within arm’s reach with skill, control, and accuracy,  such as preparing and analyzing data, viewing computer screen and expansive reading.

Incumbent will be subject to:

• Inside working conditions: The change of building environment such as with or without air conditioning and heating.
