Catseye is the largest and most reputable pest control company covering 18 counties surrounding and including the Capital District. We take great pride in providing exceptional customer service, offering industry leading products and delivering a premium pest control and exclusion service.

Catseye is currently searching for highly motivated outside sales professionals. This role will encompass everything from generating new business (residential and commercial), running marketing and Advertising company generated leads, as well as nurturing all of our existing clientele.

Our sales force earns between $65,000 - $100,000 (+) per year. Whether you are an experienced sales representative or a hard working person with an outstanding personality and are driven for success our proven, comprehensive training program ensures your success. An ideal candidate is one that works well without supervision and wants full control of their income.

We do not work out of a cubicle. We work face to face with our client’s in their homes on a daily basis. This position does require availability Monday through Saturday along with some evenings. This position includes a company vehicle, Iphone, Ipad, gas card, business cards, uniforms, marketing materials and all of the “tools” you’ll need to be a success within the Catseye family.

Essential Job Functions:
• Ability to operate and use telephone, computer/laptop and other technological devices and programs to communicate with clients and the office
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to enter attics, basements and crawlspaces
• Climb ladders and inspect roof lines and gutters.
• Ability to adapt and support the company through times of change
• Drive to meet and exceed departmental goals/budgets routinely
• Driving your business by developing and creating organic leads.
