Work for one of the best!  Voted one of the Best Places to Work in 2017 and 2018, Wil-Kil Pest Control has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Pest Management Professional who is ready to take their career to the next level. The Sales & Service Manager will be responsible for managing a team of service technicians in an assigned territory.  He/she will be responsible for the team achieving revenue, sales, client loyalty/retention, DSO and quality metric standards/expectations, as well as ensuring the team is providing high quality service to clients 


  • Manage team of service technicians offering coaching, technical guidance and skill development.  Conduct annual performance reviews of staff.
  • Participate in the hiring process of direct report service staff in conjunction with the Regional Manager.
  • Work with Regional Manager and HR to determine and implement appropriate accountability, disciplinary action or termination when necessary.
  • Fully train new hires in the field and document training to meet company standards.
  • Provides guidance and assistance to the team in resolving client concerns.
  • Accountable for achieving budgeted profit, sales, revenue, client loyalty/retention and DSO goals.
  • Responsible for the completion and documentation of all quality audits scheduled in assigned area and appropriately addressing all identified service issues.
  • Ensure that all technicians complete their assigned route work by the end of each month.
  • Manage routes and account assignments for efficiency.  Ensure coverage for vacations, holidays, and illnesses.
  • Accurately and personally conduct quarterly safety review and inventory of technician vehicles.
  • Monitor cost control measure and report variances to Regional Manager.
  • Work with Regional Manager on the budgeting process and setting sales and revenue goals.

What you should bring to Wil-Kil to succeed:

  • 1-3 years of sales or route sales experience
  • 3-5 years of pest control experience
  • Associates degree or equivalent experience, Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Required State Certifications
  • Prior supervisory experience preferred
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license
  • Ability to read, understand and interpret chemical labels and required safety precautions
  • Exceptional time management skills, effectively organizes own work, works within tight deadlines
  • Detailed oriented, diligently checks work, notices error or inconsistencies
