Job Description



Position Overview

Leads a team through the life cycle of a project - from concept through to implementation; as well the analytics of the product performance. Develops innovative solutions and new processes, participates in strategy development for new markets and also enhances current processes and products to being more effective and efficient for the Company. Manages multiple projects and reports out results/completion to a variety of stakeholders and to leverage resources effectively across the Company.



Job Responsibilities

  • Translates ideas into strategy and features, leads solution development from start to finish.
  • Collaborates with stakeholders throughout the Company to identify opportunities, advocate for those opportunities, and develop concepts and opportunities into solid business cases and champion through the Company approval process to initiate.
  • Effectively forecasts and communicates new products and capabilities.
  • Collaborates with business owner and sales teams around launch, deployment and scaling to assure successful external uptake and internal ownership.
  • Develops and maintains industry contacts.
  • Hires, trains, and manages a team of associates to handle identified customer needs.
  • Partners with Sales/Business Development teams to identify and secure potential partners and opportunities.
  • Defines and documents client needs and service line agreements.
  • Directs and manages the development of policies, procedures, call flows, scripting, reporting, and technology enhancements to address client needs.
  • Works cross-functionally with various functions in the Company to develop processes and solutions.
  • Develops and manages product implementation, enhancement, and strategy roadmaps.
  • Proactively communicates risks and opportunities to refine product strategy as market dynamics change with other members of broader product leadership team.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • 8+ years experience at a manager level developing and applying achievement metrics
  • Advanced degree in management, engineering or related field preferred; 10+ years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
  • 5+ years experience managing staff, resources, projects, and change management
  • Experience with facilitating process assessment sessions with internal and external business partners at all levels
  • Experience with optimization and simulation routines
  • Experience with planning complex operations requiring high customer service levels
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Express or exchange ideas with others through the use of spoken word, quickly, accurately, and at an easily audible volume, and receive detailed information through oral communication at usual speaking levels without correction, and/or make fine discriminations in the nature of sounds in the environment.

Incumbent is required to have: 

• Close visual acuity to perform detail oriented activities at distances close to the eyes, as well as visual acuity to perform activities at or within arm’s reach with skill, control, and accuracy,  such as preparing and analyzing data, viewing computer screen and expansive reading.

Incumbent will be subject to:

• Inside working conditions: The change of building environment such as with or without air conditioning and heating.
