Job Description



Position Overview

Responsible for working with architects to define all Salesforce integrations and how to properly implement solutions for moving data between systems.  Is the in-house expert in integration and MuleSoft.



Job Responsibilities

  • Evaluates proper usage of MuleSoft and trains the developers on how to work within the system appropriately.
  • Leads teams in building integrations between the different IT systems that supports the company's operations.
  • Administers API management through the MuleSoft platform to ensure scalability, performance, and recoverability.
  • Uses considerable judgement to determine solutions and seeks guidance when needed for complex problems.
  • Develops and maintains data integration strategy for the company, highlighting risk and opportunity areas associating them with business impact.
  • Presents concepts, options and plans to Management and peers clearly and concisely.
  • Owns the data integration platform to ensure that it meets current business needs, and plan for future growth


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field or a combination of education and experience
  • MuleSoft Architect certification
  • 5 years of experience using MuleSoft
  • 5 years of experience in software design
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Integration Patterns
  • 10 years of IT experience preferred
  • Experience as Lead of at least 1 large MuleSoft Implementation preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with both IT partners and business partners
  • Ability to draw solutions in an easily consumable format.
  • Ability to teach and educate others in MuleSoft

Incumbent is required to have: 

• Close visual acuity to perform detail oriented activities at distances close to the eyes, as well as visual acuity to perform activities at or within arm’s reach with skill, control, and accuracy,  such as preparing and analyzing data, viewing computer screen and expansive reading.

Incumbent will be subject to:

• Inside working conditions: The change of building environment such as with or without air conditioning and heating.
