Job Description

Position Overview
Working in the branch, this job is responsible for handling escalated phone calls transferred from the Customer Center, performing various clerical functions to include scheduling of services for new and existing customers, and reviewing missed appointments and canceled work orders at the branch level.

Job Responsibilities
• Takes customer calls that have been transferred from the Customer Center for the purpose of resolving customer issues on a local basis. Assists customers in resolving billing issues.
• Monitors Customer Follow-Up Requests (CFR) and assists branch in resolving branch CFRs.
Communicates daily with Branch Manager on status of customer CFRs.
• Prepares overnight packages and daily deposits. Verifies cash collected.
• Assists branch in processing clearance letters. Creates documents, communicates with appropriate internal personnel and customers, and mails documents.
• Responds to email requests from Admin Center.
• Reviews credits on inactive accounts and adjusts as needed.
• Reviews expired credit card reports, contacts customer to obtain information, and updates system information.
• Assists branch and Admin Center with customer ServiceMaster Acceptance Company (SMAC) issues as needed.
• Assists branch collection efforts, mails letters, makes calls, and other clerical duties as needed

Job Requirements
• High school graduate or equivalent
• Experience and skill with Microsoft Office applications (Word and Excel)
• Basic computer knowledge
• Previous customer service experience in the field service business is preferred
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple items during the course of the day
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to organize and prioritize items
