Position Overview

We are seeking a data-driven performance marketer with a broad range of knowledge in digital media. The role heavily revolves around paid lead generation in a highly competitive industry.


  • Develop and grow paid digital direct response marketing channels (search, social, display) including strategy, planning and execution.
  • Proactively explore new opportunities to generate incremental sales via these channels.
  • Manage agency relationships as they pertain to these channels.
  • Develop, maintain, and distribute reports for tracking marketing performance and provide analysis on key initiatives and processes.
  • Assist in building yearly marketing and lead forecast plans and refine them regularly.
  • Work closely with other members of the marketing team to run integrated campaigns including other paid acquisition channels, CRM, and analytics.
  • Serves as an internal subject matter expert (SME) regarding digital media.
  • Be a proactive, self-driven learner who understands Digital is constantly changing and that self- education is the key to success.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Data centric – We need to someone who likes digging into the data and using the findings to drive better performance.
  • Experience with the following tools: Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Marin, Facebook Business Manager
  • Understanding of developing, testing, and refining audiences and segments across digital channels
  • Passion for A/B testing
  • Bonus points: Experience using a DMP platform to drive programmatic media buying, experience with PowerBI

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3-5 years of digital marketing experience required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
