Job Description

Position Overview

Responsible for oversight of different Talent projects and areas regarding training, quality, reporting and metrics. Also responsible for project documentation, enhancements to policies and processes, as well as administrative tasks as assigned. Serve as the first point of issue escalation related to technology, branding, vendors and email boxes for Talent related processes with responsibility for process improvement, innovation and sustainability for solutions.

Job Responsibilities

  • Process oversight as single point of contact for assigned area(s) of responsibility, responsible for documenting project plans, monitoring work efforts, identifying process gaps, determining training needs, performing quality reviews and by escalating functional, quality and timeline issues appropriately
  • Serves as the primary Talent subject matter expert for process and project-related activities across HR, internal clients and vendors (may vary depending upon area(s) of responsibility and reporting relationship within Talent)
  • Run, review and deliver reporting for processes and programs for assigned area(s) of responsibility to stakeholders, management and vendors (if applicable) along with metrics management and review associated with SLA's for processes
  • Monitor budget, expenses, invoices, tax implications, and contracts associated with assigned area(s) of responsibility, possible reporting and task execution responsibilities depending upon role
  • Process map, project documentation & training guide maintenance
  • Benchmark and implement enhancements to policies, processes, programs and pricing
  • Daily tasks, support, approvals, authorizations, consultations as defined by role and area(s) of responsibility (i.e. recruiters for offers, managers on I-9's, associates on forms, security access related to systems, etc.)
  • Support for investigations, compliance and policy administration as needed

Job Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or high school diploma
  • 3-5 years of related experience in area of responsibility or focus
  • Experience in developing, facilitating & delivering training
  • Experience in supporting organizations with multiple branches / sites
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment with multiple customers and competing priorities
  • Experience with web-based tools, IT systems, projects
  • Experience in customer service or help desk environment Intermediate proficiency in MS-Office software applications with proficiency in MS Excel
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Skill and ability to organize, prioritize, plan, manage, execute and evaluate multiple tasks and projects
  • Ability to research and analyze data, solve problems and make decisions

Incumbent is required to have:

  • Close visual acuity to perform detail oriented activities at distances close to the eyes, as well as visual acuity to perform activities at or within arm’s reach with skill, control, and accuracy, such as preparing and analyzing data, viewing computer screen and expansive reading.
