Job Description

Position Overview
This position remotely troubleshoots and resolves difficult or unusual pest and/or termite situations for field operations personnel and other groups as appropriate. Facilitates concern resolution between branches and customers.

Job Responsibilities
•Provides timely response to internal and external requests for service assistance.
•Collects and analyses available data to determine root cause of service issues/opportunities.
•Identifies underlying causes for defects and communicates next steps to stakeholders.
•Formulates, implements and facilitates complete resolution of service concern with internal and external customers.
•Ensures service delivery solutions are compliant with company, regulatory and third party audit standards.
•Uses root cause and analytical data to communicate trending and service improvement opportunities
•Identifies arthropod and other specimens for the business unit branches, regions, divisions, and customers to guide effective control solutions.
•Maintains current knowledge of best practices in the pest and termite control industry including new trends, regulatory requirements, company service protocols and practices, customer protocols, and pest management technologies.
•Provide continuing education with regard to changes in regulations, standards, service, techniques and equipment, policy and procedures required to division, region and branch service team members.
•Works with members of the technical and regulatory teams to develop, implement and improve integrated pest management programs for customers using a composite of techniques which may include physical, chemical, mechanical and biological methods.

Job Requirements
•Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in Entomology, Biology, Chemistry or similarly related field from accredit four year college with a minimum of 3 years of pest control management industry experience required or
•Equivalent combination of education and experience consisting of Board Certified Entomologist (B.C.E) or Associate Certified Entomologist (A.C.E.) Certification with 5-7 years of pest control management experience
•Knowledge of laws, regulations, methods and techniques of pest and termite control
•Strong written and verbal skills
•Ability to clearly communicate technical information and concepts
•Ability to manage to successfully manage multiple projects
•Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical procedures and governmental regulations
•Ability to present technical information and answer follow-up questions
•Excel capabilities

Incumbent must be prepared to:
• Move up to 10 pounds occasionally, by lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise repositioning objects.
• Sitting for long periods of time while using office equipment such as computers, phones and etc.
• Fingering and Repetitive motions; such as movement of wrists, hands and fingers while picking, pinching and typing during your normal working environment.
• Express or exchange ideas with others through the use of spoken word, quickly, accurately, and at an easily audible volume, and receive detailed information through oral communication at usual speaking levels without correction, and/or make fine discriminations in the nature of sounds in the environment.
Incumbent is required to have:
• Close visual acuity to perform detail oriented activities at distances close to the eyes, as well as visual acuity to perform activities at or within arm’s reach with skill, control, and accuracy, such as preparing and analyzing data, viewing computer screen and expansive reading.
Incumbent will be subject to:
• Inside working conditions: The change of building environment such as with or without air conditioning and heating.
