Position Overview

Responsible for providing strategic direction and management for all external and internal Franchise Services Group web properties and landing pages, including information architecture, SEO content development, CRO, user experience web design, and analytics reporting. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Develops and implements national search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) strategies.
  • Works closely with business SMEs, marketing, public relations, communications, social media, design and IT staff as well as free lance designers and developers to ensure consistent standards and best pratices.
  • Collaborates with the IT department to ensure that cross-functioning systems are supported and will interact with various departments to ensure accuracy, required documentation and optimal functionality. 
  • Supports the Director of Digital Marketing, providing high attention to detail and an analytical data-decision philosophy towards meeting the goals of the company.
  • Assists with local digital marketing activities.
  • Measures and reports digital marketing results.
  • Plans, directs and coordinates all activities associated with electronic commerce, marketing and communications.
  • Responsible for intra/extranets and commerce platforms and operational support.
  • Coordinates digital activities with service line brand managers.
  • Liaison between corporate digital and IT teams.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing plus 5 years experience in managing digital marketing programs (corporate or advertising agency)
  • Master degree preferred
  • Knowledgeable of company’s products and services
  • Understands the method of search and marketing engine optimization
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated track record of building and optimizing web experience to drive growth
  • Working knowledge of WordPress CMS envrironment, HTML, CSS amd wire framing software
  • Google Analytics and GA events experience
  • Working knowlede of Search Engine optimization (SEO), Conversion Rate Optimaization (CRO), User Experience (UZ) tools and A/B testing best practices
  • Analytical skills to improve digital spend efficiency
  • Thorough understanding of digital landscape - current and advancing technology
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Incumbent is required to have: 

  • Close visual acuity to perform detail oriented activities at distances close to the eyes, as well as visual acuity to perform activities at or within arm’s reach with skill, control, and accuracy,  such as preparing and analyzing data, viewing computer screen and expansive reading.

Incumbent will be subject to:

  • Inside working conditions: The change of building environment such as with or without air conditioning and heating.
