Senior Manager, Repair Claims 
We are searching for a  Senior Manager, Repair Claims to be responsible for overseeing the follow-up, review, queue assignment, and issue resolution of claims within the Managed Repair Programs. In this role you will have the opportunity to will lead process improvement, training, and performance reporting initiatives.         
     
What you will do:
  • Manage day-to-day operation of the Managed Repair Review Team which includes assigning claims from the claim queue for review and follow-up, training internal team members on processes and standards.
  • Act as an escalation point and subject matter expert on complex claims and issues that arise with franchisees and clients.
  • Set standards for claim follow-up, franchise service level standards, and collaborate on setting standards for new programs with clients.
  • Drive world class customer service. Clear, concise, timely, consistent communication with management and customers (e.g. issue requestor, clients, senior level leadership, etc.
  • Navigate estimate/invoice submission platforms required of SM franchise network.
  • Efficiently and accurately review franchise/vendor estimates to ensure they are in line with the scope of work follow program guidelines.
  • Ability to work with the franchise network to deliver consistent estimates and invoices to clients based on agreed scope of work and guidelines.
  • Educate and train SM franchises on estimating practices, serving as a resource to improve estimating processes across the network.
  • The ability to resolve and negotiate invoicing disputes with vendors and franchises.
  • Submit completed estimates to clients in a timely manner to facilitate payment issuance and ensure adherence to program payment schedules. Work with the franchise network to complete any outstanding billing and final payments are issued.
  • Oversee the entire claim life cycle to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments on enrollment, compliance, and continuous improvement of Managed Repair Programs and adjacent services to grow market share.
What you will bring :
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or 4 years of relevant experience in management, operations, or project management experience.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs. (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Proficient with restoration industry programs. (DASH, Xactimate, XactAnalysis, Symbility)
  • Ability to autonomously work on multiple, complex, and highly important business projects.
  • Ability to manage and direct workflow and continually improve processes.
  • Ability to lead/manage people.
  • Ability to read and interpret contracts and insurance program guidelines.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • 100% remote position

Compensation Details:
The salary range for this position is $115,000-$125,000 plus bonus
 
Location:
This role is 100% remote and can be based anywhere in the U.S., excluding Los Angeles County
